Distance Since last Update: 0 miles.
Total Distance for Tour: approx. 991 miles
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
STATUS: Overwhelmed by the generosity of my friends and fans. You’re the reason the “Freedom Mobile” will be able to catch up to me in Atlanta. I’m continually amazed by the support I’m receiving from amazing people. We’re getting ready to hit the road again!

Just Do It!

I always thought that was the best brand slogan ever. Often, our projects, big or small, overwhelm us because we don’t follow this advice. Believe me, there are a million things you need to get done between now and the end of this year. It’s preposterous.

Your job then is to stop pretending to be responsible by focusing on all of the things that could get you if you let them get away from you. Your job is to focus on the few things you know you need to do to move forward. I’ll give you a hint: They’re probably uncomfortable because you don’t know exactly how to engage them. They’ll require you to exit your comfort zone. And they’re probably a lot less “work” than all of the agonizing your doing about everything else.

Richard Branson wrote a book not to long ago entitled, Screw It, Let’s Do It! Maybe it’s time you identified what the next “It” is for you, stopped hemming and hawing, stopped debating, and just did it. Don’t worry about perfection: You are mistaken if you think that more people fail because they acted too decisively. The cost of researching, agonizing, and waiting longer for perfection is usually greater than the cost of imperfection that actually involves action. Onward!
