Monroe, LA – Skate across America Day 177

I skated about 36 miles into Monroe today. The pavement was rough, but I made it. Bob and I had a chance to hangout with our new friend, Jake. We met him through Couchsurfing, a hospitality exchange program. He was cool and treated us to some ice cream. His picture is below. We were also able to drum up an interview with NBC 10 in Monroe. I’ll post the video, when it becomes available. Keep dreaming big!
